Terms of Service
These terms are the contract between you (the limousine or chauffeur operator) and Orek for the booking widget and dispatch workspace.
Last updated October 6, 2026
1. Who we are
Orek is a software service at orek.live (and orek.vercel.app while that domain is in use). Contact: info@orek.live. These terms cover Orek itself. The terms your passengers accept on a booking are yours — you edit those in Dispatch → Settings, and they appear at /c/your-fleet/terms.
2. The service
Orek provides a booking widget you install on your website, a rate sheet, an inbox, bookings, fleet, branding, and email alerts for new chats and reservations. Orek is not a livery carrier, broker, or payment processor for your passenger fares. You remain the operator of record for every trip.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to contract for your company. Keep login credentials private. You are responsible for everyone who uses your workspace, including staff you invite and support access you request. We may refuse or close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or illegal.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Orek is paid software. There is no free plan. Current prices are $49 per month or $490 per year, billed in USD through Flutterwave. Checkout starts a Flutterwave subscription: the same card is charged again at the interval you chose until you or we cancel. After each successful charge, your workspace stays open through the paid period. If a renewal fails or the period ends, Dispatch locks until you pay again. The public widget may keep loading so guests on your site are not stranded; we can disable that if a bill stays unpaid.
To cancel auto-renew, email info@orek.live before the next charge, or cancel the subscription in Flutterwave if that screen is available on your receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund time already paid unless we say otherwise in writing. Concierge installs (“we put it on your site”) may receive a complimentary window we grant by hand. When that window ends, the same card requirement applies.
5. Your content and rates
You own your fleet data, rate sheet, branding, knowledge articles, and the bookings your widget collects. You grant Orek a license to host and process that data only to run the service. Quotes come from the numbers you enter. If a fare is wrong, that is between you and the guest — Orek is not the tariff.
6. Passenger data
Names, emails, phones, and trip details entered in the widget are collected for you. You are the business collecting that information; Orek processes it to store the thread, send confirmations, and email your dispatch address. You must have a lawful basis to take that data (usually the booking itself) and honor deletion or access requests from your guests. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Orek to spam, scrape, break the law, impersonate another fleet, or attack the service. Do not attempt to bypass billing, share one workspace as a resale product without our written OK, or upload malware. Widget keys are secret enough to identify your fleet — do not post them in public repos.
8. Email, not SMS
Alerts and confirmations are email. Orek does not send SMS. Delivery depends on your inbox, Resend, and spam filters. We do not warrant every message arrives.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for a working product, not a guaranteed SLA. Features, prices, and these terms can change. If a price change affects a current term, it applies at the next renewal unless we give more notice. We may suspend the service for maintenance, abuse, or unpaid invoices.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for missed trips, wrong quotes, lost profits, or guest claims, except for losses we cannot legally limit. Our total liability for a claim related to Orek is capped at the fees you paid us for Orek in the three months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Orek against claims that arise from your fleet operations, your rates, your passenger terms, your website, or your misuse of the service.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would choose another forum. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the courts of a competent jurisdiction where Orek may reasonably be sued will hear it, unless a mandatory consumer or small-claims rule says otherwise.
