Sprinter and shuttle booking software for mixed fleets
July 18, 2026 · 8 min read
Mixed fleets die in widgets that offer one “vehicle” dropdown. Passenger count should pick the van before the guest ever sees a sedan.
Sprinter booking software is a capacity problem first
Twelve people to PHL cannot fit in a 300. If the widget lets them select sedan, you will cancel at 5 a.m. Sprinter and shuttle booking software should match passengers (and bags) to a class before it shows a fare.
Orek stores passengers and luggage per vehicle. Intake asks pax up front. The quote should follow the van you actually have, not the photo on the homepage hero.
Shuttles still need itemized rates
Group work often has a higher airport flat, a different gratuity, and a stricter cancellation window. Print it. Coach-bus cancellation at 72 hours is not the same as sedan at 48. Your terms can say so; the confirmation will carry them.
Hourly sprinters are wedding-adjacent
As-directed sprinters need hours and overtime, same as stretch. Reuse hourly chauffeur booking rules instead of a second product.
One garage, one widget
Do not run a sedan form and a van form. One embed, several vehicles. The guest should feel like they found a fleet, not two websites.
Create a workspace and add the sprinter the same afternoon you add the sedan.
Questions operators ask
- Can I hide the sprinter from 1–2 passenger airport quotes?
- You should prefer the smaller class when it fits. Offer the van as an upgrade, not the default.
- What about luggage trailers?
- Put oversized luggage in notes and extras. Do not assume a sprinter automatically covers golf bags for twelve.
- Do shuttles need flight tracking?
- Nice later. Booking day-one needs pax, bags, airport, and a fare.
